- When the teacher puts the focus on the learning process, success is sure. We use a 5 step learning process for all subjects. The learning process we use for every topic is called ‘The Process of Perfection.’ This learning process includes concrete, tactile or kinaesthetic learning methods. By using this method, children are more active and have more fun in the classroom. Teachers gain also. They have the opportunity to grow professionally as they learn to develop their own hands-on ideas and challenge the students with short, creative pre-tests.
